For a good while I hated the fact that I didn't own a "camera." I only really got to shoot on equipment I enjoyed working with when I was working for someone else. Shooting pictures on my iPhone really helped me care more about my artistry and the images that I was making rather than the specs of the equipment I had in my hands.
